Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using StreakWars, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

StreakWars is a competitive streak platform that allows users to join “wars,” post daily check-ins, and compete for prizes. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in paid wars. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Payments, Wallet & Prizes

Entry fees and wallet deposits are processed securely via Stripe. Prize distributions are calculated at the end of each war and credited to the winner's in-app wallet. StreakWars retains a platform fee of 15%; creators of paid wars receive 10% of the prize pool. Wallet balances may be withdrawn via Stripe Connect, subject to applicable processing times.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, captions). By submitting content, you grant StreakWars a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the platform. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates third-party rights.

5. StreakWars SMS Terms

StreakWars offers an optional recurring transactional SMS program for game and account notifications. By affirmatively checking Optional recurring SMS and successfully verifying the mobile number, you consent to recurring SMS/text messages from StreakWars for:

User-requested one-time phone verification codes are separate from this recurring program and never create recurring-SMS consent.

No marketing or promotional messages are included.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact support@streakwars.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent is voluntary, separate from these Terms, and not required to create or keep an account, request a verification code, verify a phone, use StreakWars, join or participate in games, or make a purchase.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use bots, automation, or deceptive means to gain an unfair advantage; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; attempt to access the platform in unauthorised ways; or violate any applicable law or regulation.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. In the event of termination, any unclaimed wallet balance will be refunded where legally required and technically feasible.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

StreakWars is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreakWars and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StreakWars after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
