A seven-day challenge plan for friends

A day-by-day photo prompt plan, simple rules, and a clear distinction between a week of prompts and a last-player-standing War.

The seven-day photo plan

This is a week of prompts, not a promise that a StreakWar ends after seven days. You can follow it casually with friends, or use it as the opening sequence for a recurring photo War whose ending rules you review separately.

  1. Day 1: One color. Choose one color together. Photograph an object featuring it.
  2. Day 2: A useful thing. Show an everyday object you used today. Explain its purpose in your chat if you like.
  3. Day 3: Something round. Find a circle or rounded object without rearranging someone else’s space.
  4. Day 4: A tiny detail. Photograph a texture or small detail people normally walk past.
  5. Day 5: Light and shadow. Find an interesting shadow or reflection. Keep the task simple enough to do indoors.
  6. Day 6: An odd pair. Place two ordinary objects together for an unexpected combination.
  7. Day 7: Your favorite prompt. Repeat your favorite theme with a new photo, then compare the week’s discoveries.

Set three rules before day one

  1. Fresh proof. Take a new photo for every required check-in. Decide whether editing is allowed before the game begins.
  2. One clear schedule. Confirm the cadence and deadline displayed in the War. Friends in different time zones should check their own display.
  3. Equal access. Choose prompts that work at home with things people already have. An object can be the subject; nobody needs to show their face.

Write the prompt sequence into the challenge rules or explain how the group will find each prompt. This guide does not schedule or rotate prompts in the app.

What happens after day seven?

For a casual week-long activity, wrap up together and share a favorite moment. For a StreakWar, keep following its configured rules until the game ends. Prepare more prompts if players remain; a last-player-standing format can outlast your original seven-day plan.

Need a second week? Use the ten photo themes as a starting point, or repeat this sequence with new photos. Decide this before inviting players so expectations are clear.

Pick a repeatable moment in your day to take the photo. If you enable reminders in StreakWars, still check the deadline yourself. Keep prompts simple enough for a busy day, and make the proof rule easy to understand without a long explanation.
